Infrastructure asset management
We use our own decision support system, integrated with GIS tools and sewer network models, to assess their condition and efficiently plan asset renewal, minimising risks and costs.
To ensure a proper urban water cycle, it is essential to efficiently manage the sewerage network. At Facsa, we optimise our resources and capabilities to develop urban sanitation systems that benefit both public health and the environment.
To this end, we utilise advanced technology to improve the performance of sanitation networks, increase the resilience of cities, and promote sustainable planning in each municipality.

We use our own decision support system, integrated with GIS tools and sewer network models, to assess their condition and efficiently plan asset renewal, minimising risks and costs.
We have implemented a geographic information system that facilitates quick and efficient access to data. This allows for the continuous improvement of the operation and maintenance of sewerage systems, ensures the control and monitoring of work carried out, and enables smart decisions to optimise planning.
We use dynamic tools to shape and simulate the current and future behaviour of fluids in drainage systems and sewer networks from a hydraulic, hygienic and environmental perspective.
The result allows us to find more practical, certain and economical solutions, and to improve the system's performance, control and optimisation.
We apply Distributed Temperature Sensing (DTS) techniques to accurately and reliably detect the ingress of unwanted water into sewer systems, such as infiltration or discharges. This way, we respond to the new challenges and constraints that are forcing the evolution of sewer system approaches and urban design.
We handle the design, construction, and maintenance of infrastructure such as sewage and storm water pipelines, pumping stations, overflows, sustainable drainage systems, irrigation networks using Reclaimed Water, and storm tanks. Furthermore, we manage rainwater harvesting with a sustainable approach.
We offer the service of Maintenance and improvement of fountains municipal ornamentation, ensuring its correct continuous operation and uninterrupted.
In addition to the tasks of Aesthetic, electrical maintenance, hydraulic and mechanical of each of Facilities and maintenance hygiene and health for the prevention and Legionnaires' disease control, we carry carried out maintenance and conservation of structures metal and civil works.
