Facsa has participated in the conference 'Training as a lever for innovation in the water sector' organized by the National Reference Center for Electricity, Water and Gas of Guadalajara (CEAGU) and the Spanish Association of Companies Managing Urban Water Services (AGA), of which the company is a part.
The meeting was opened by the Minister of Economy, Business and Employment of Castilla-La Mancha and was followed by a speech from Enrique Hernández Moreno, president of AGA.
Rubén García, R&D&I Projects Technician at Facsa, spoke during the central part of the day with a presentation in which he explained Hydrens' trajectory in advanced fluid modeling in integrated water cycle infrastructures as a clear example of training and continuous knowledge transfer between university and company.
García emphasized that “training is a crucial tool whose results can translate into great benefits for society thanks to the adoption of new optimization techniques, new professionals and new technologies.”.
The day ended with a colloquium-debate in which the speakers answered some of the questions raised during the event.
