At the national forefront in water safety with ISO 22000 certification

First in Spain to certify potable supply under ISO 22000, with protocols against intentional threats.

We are one of the first utility companies in Spain to certify a potable water supply system under the ISO 22000 standard, reinforcing the security of the supply in the city of Castellón. Working alongside the City Council, we have implemented a model based on proactive risk analysis that ensures water safety throughout the entire process, from collection to the tap.

This certification, awarded by SGS International Certification Services Ibérica, also incorporates specific protocols for intentional threats, such as unauthorised access or deliberate contamination. With this advancement, we are consolidating a more secure, resilient management model that is aligned with the new health and regulatory requirements of the European framework.
