Monitoring and conservation of the protected landscape of the River Millars estuary

Thanks to the constant work of control and awareness-raising by Facsa's rural guards, infringements in the protected landscape of the Riu Millars estuary have been notably reduced. In particular, the circulation of vehicles within the area, fishing in unauthorised zones, and the detection of illegal waste dumping have been almost entirely minimised. These advances have led to a significant reduction in pollution at its source and have decisively contributed to enhancing the value of this natural space, consolidating it as a cleaner, safer, and more respected environment.
