Primarily: customer registration, data modification, meter readings, service status communications, service invoicing, non-payment management, large consumer management, Extranet registration, and online office registration.
Consent of the data subject Contact form (to manage information requests via the website) and participation in selection processes (to evaluate your application as a job applicant). You may withdraw your consent at any time.
To fulfil a legal obligation: Exercise of rights (responding to the exercise of your data protection rights) and authority requirements.
Justified in the public interest Following the termination of a concession, your customer data from the supply service will be processed and transferred to the administration or future company responsible for the service to ensure the human right to water and sanitation.
Justified by a legitimate interest: When necessary, your personal data will be processed to satisfy our legitimate interests, such as managing customer service.
Which categories of data will we be processing?

How long will we retain your data?
FACSA will comply with the provisions of current regulations regarding the duty to erase personal data once the intended purpose has been achieved, with the information being duly blocked during the limitation periods for any potential liabilities.
How did we obtain your data?
The personal data that FACSA processes are those provided by you through the use of the web contact form, registration on the ExtraNET and eOficina, the use of the web form for meter readings, those provided during the customer registration process, those communicated by your local council, or those collected during the provision of the service.
What are your rights?
You have the right to exercise the rights of access, rectification and erasure of data, as well as to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted, to object to it, to request the portability of your data, as well as not to be subject to automated individual decisions.
