• The project will allow for the adaptation of 750 meters of the town's "main drinking water distribution ring".
Castellón, April 18, 2018 – The Nules City Council and FACSA have begun work to renovate a section of the drinking water network known as the “main drinking water distribution ring.” Specifically, the project includes the replacement of 750 meters of this pipe, which has a diameter of 315 mm, as well as an additional 70 meters of pipes with smaller diameters.
Due to its age and outdated design, the current system has numerous problems maintaining adequate supply pressure. To provide a quality service, a large part of the central distribution ring will be replaced, resulting in a significant improvement to the drinking water distribution network for the population.
“This is a very important project for our population, as the current system presented several problems in providing an optimal supply due to the age of the pipes. With this project, we intend to improve the drinking water distribution channels in the municipality,” says Adrián Sorribes, Councilor for Works and Services of Nules.
