2. Portal Content

Through the FACSA portal, it offers visitors agile information and communication tools with FACSA. Notwithstanding the diligence used in the preparation and drafting of the portal's content, there may occasionally be inaccuracies or errors.

3. Portal access conditions

Access to the portal is free of charge and viewing it does not require prior registration. However, the use of certain services requires, as an essential condition, the complete completion of the corresponding forms by the User, and the acceptance of the terms of use established on the portal for each of them.

The User expressly accepts, without reservation, that access to and use of the portal is undertaken at their sole and exclusive responsibility.

4. Portal Ownership Rights

FACSA is the owner and/or licensee of all the information contained in this portal, its graphic design, images, databases, indexes, source codes, trademarks and logos, and is protected in accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Law and the Trademark Law. Its availability and use does not, in any case, imply the transfer of ownership or the granting of a right of use to the User, therefore any reproduction, copy, total or partial distribution, or commercialisation, will require prior written authorisation from FACSA.

5. Information and advertising on the portal

The inclusion of products on the marketplace portal is for informational and advertising purposes only.

6. Applicable legislation and Jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Spanish legislation. FACSA and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the Jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the user's domicile for any matters that may arise.

In the event that the User is domiciled outside of Spain, FACSA and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction they might be entitled to, submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Castelló de la Plana.
