The transition from reactive to proactive management
Currently, drainage networks are undervalued despite the service they provide to communities. Furthermore, precarious resource management, coupled with a lack of information about their functioning, can lead to potential risks.
Resolution: GESTOR is a proposal in the form of an IT tool that will move from the current reactive management of sewage drainage systems to proactive management. With GESTOR, it will be possible to develop preventive maintenance for sewage networks, prioritising the maintenance of sewage sections based on their condition.
