- The event, which originated as a satellite and traveling program of Feria Destaca, is being held this week in Oropesa del Mar with the aim of promoting scientific and technological transfer.
FACSA is present this year at the 'Destaca en ruta' traveling fair, with its own stand and presence in the dissemination initiatives of this meeting, which on this occasion is held in Oropesa del Mar.
The main objective of this fair, which originated as a satellite program of Feria Destaca, is to revitalize regions through innovation, exploring regional needs and bringing together the research community, businesses, and institutions to address specific problems in a particular area. FACSA has seized this opportunity to present and promote Waternology, the company's new brand encompassing all its digital solutions applied to the intelligent management of the entire water cycle.
In this regard, Jorge Fuentes, director of Waternology, participated in the 'Digital Transformation' roundtable discussion, held as part of Waternology Smart. This division encompasses smart solutions designed to enable systems to learn from data, obtaining comprehensive, high-quality information that allows for correlations and predictions. Waternology Smart also includes technologies such as remote meter reading. This solution offers citizens numerous advantages, including consumption monitoring, the ability to set limits, and alerts for potential leaks or malfunctions.
The event, organized by the Oropesa City Council, the Ciutat de Vila-real Ceramic Innovation Chair and the Universitat Jaume I, was attended by prominent figures from research centers, institutions and companies, such as Araceli de Moya, mayor of Oropesa; Jose Pascual Martí, president of the Castellón Provincial Council; José Benlloch, mayor of Vila-real; Mª Dolores Guillamón, president of the Chamber of Commerce; and Begoña Bellés, territorial director of the Ministry of Innovation, Universities, Science and Digital Society.
