In a context marked by the need to move towards more efficient and sustainable models in the water sector, Facsa has highlighted at the Madrid Stock Exchange Palace the work developed during the last few years together with startups, consolidating a collaboration model that has reinforced its business growth and diversification.

The Launch Event'26, organized by Startup Olé, brought together representatives from large companies, investors, public administrations and the entrepreneurial ecosystem with the aim of analyzing how corporations are working together with emerging companies to generate growth opportunities.

The forum has included the participation of leading entities from the institutional, financial and corporate spheres such as BME (Spanish Stock Exchanges and Markets), CDTI, ICEX, the Community of Madrid, Naturgy or RTVE, among other leading organizations in the investment and business ecosystem.

On behalf of Facsa, Víctor Ferrando, Head of M&A and New Business, spoke to highlight the company's progress in this area, alongside leading corporations in their respective sectors such as Naturgy, Mondragón, Enagás, and Talgo. During his presentation, he explained how, through its Corporate Venturing program, the company has consolidated a stable collaboration model in recent years with startups specializing in water technologies and waste valorization. Ferrando emphasized that this strategy has allowed the company to identify disruptive solutions, accelerate their implementation in real-world settings, and open new avenues for business development aligned with the sector's environmental and regulatory challenges.

He also emphasized that working together with the entrepreneurial ecosystem has strengthened Facsa's ability to anticipate market changes, incorporate specialized knowledge, and generate shared value for both the organization and the startups themselves.

Jose Claramonte, CEO of Facsa, also attended the event, and his presence underscored the company's strategic commitment to this collaborative model, which in recent years has become one of the key drivers of its growth and diversification.

With its participation in this forum held in Madrid, Facsa has reaffirmed its commitment to promoting strategic alliances that contribute to the evolution of the water and waste sector, consolidating a trajectory marked by cooperation with the entrepreneurial fabric.
