One year after taking over the management of the Drinking Water Supply Service for the central area of the Cuencas Mineras region of Teruel, FACSA has improved its services by connecting the pipeline that supplies the Cuencas Mineras Industrial Estate reservoir with the pipeline of the region to the Recycling Center.
With this action, in addition to renewing and modernizing the supply facilities of the Clean Point, the company of Gimeno Servicios has made it possible to supply it from the Potabilization Plant of the Las Parras reservoir, thus improving the quality of the supply.
The work consisted of the construction of 180 linear meters of high-density polyethylene drinking water pipeline, as well as the installation of a meter, shut-off valves and check valves.
Last year, FACSA took over the operation of the Drinking Water Supply Service for the central area of the municipality from the Las Parras Reservoir (municipal area of Escucha, Martín del Río, Montalbán and Utrillas), as well as the management of the dam and the distribution of water to the municipalities, taking charge of the operation of the network of the State Company Aguas de las Cuencas de España (ACUAES) in this area.
