Within the commitment to Facsa With training and talent, the company's Training and Development department has participated in the first edition of the Vocational Training Fair, 'Vine a l'FP!' in Castelló, which was held on April 29 and 30 with the aim of making known to the public the training offer of the 25 professional families that make up Valencian Vocational Training.
In the exhibition booth dedicated to the family of qualifications related to the Energy and Water sector, Laura Gabín, head of the Training and Development department of Facsa, The company has announced the two vocational training programs—intermediate and advanced—that it offers in collaboration with the Regional Ministry of Education and the IES Politècnic high school. In addition, the company conducted a workshop on pipe joining, one of the topics covered in these programs.
In his remarks, Gabín highlighted the skills developed in both courses, which are aligned with the needs of companies in the water sector. He also mentioned the facilities where the practical classes are held, as well as the extracurricular activities that Facsa organizes to further immerse students in the professional world. The company also took the opportunity to outline the career opportunities available upon completion of these studies.
