FACSA and the Spanish Association of Water Technology Companies, ASAGUA, are joining forces with the aim of multiplying their capabilities and presenting themselves with a single voice to launch a common project committed to sustainability and efficient management of water resources and, with innovation as a basis, covering all technological areas of urban, industrial and agricultural water: drinking water, desalination, purification, reuse and recovery of rivers.

ASAGUA's objectives are to promote the sector's activity in the national market and support companies' international presence; to collaborate with public administrations in developing water sustainability policies for cities, agriculture, industry, and tourism; to foster collaboration between the public and private sectors in infrastructure financing; and to promote research into new technologies. With innovation as its constant goal, ASAGUA covers all technological aspects of urban, agricultural, and industrial water, from drinking water treatment to reuse, including desalination, sanitation and wastewater treatment, and the restoration of our rivers.
The companies integrated into ASAGUA provide the best solution for each specific situation, with the goal of guaranteeing the water needed by the population and economic activities, protecting the quality of rivers and aquifers, and saving resources and energy.
