The Nules City Council and Facsa, The company that operates the Municipal Drinking Water Service has launched a new initiative aimed at improving transparency and access to information on water quality in the municipality.
From now on, residents of Nules can easily and quickly access the most relevant information about their drinking water through the municipal website. On this page, users will find a direct link to the municipal water service's online portal, where they can access detailed and up-to-date information on the quality of the water supply.
The new portal allows citizens to obtain water quality reports through an intuitive process. To do so, they must access the 'Water Quality' section in the virtual office, select their area of residence, choose the monitoring point closest to their home, and download the report from the certified laboratory.
These reports, prepared by accredited laboratories, include key parameters such as pH, hardness, and other health indicators that guarantee the water is safe for human consumption. In this way, anyone can know with complete transparency the quality of the water that reaches their home.
