FACSA and IPROMA, two of the leading companies of Grupo Gimeno in the management of the integral water cycle and analysis, rapid detection methods and environmental consulting and industrial and food hygiene, respectively, have renewed the certificate of their R&D&I Management system.
The technicians from the certification body SGS were responsible for carrying out the corresponding audits, according to the UNE 166002:2014 standard. This procedure allows for the evaluation and verification that both companies effectively comply with the R&D&I Management System Requirements established by this standard.
Among other advantages, this management system allows companies to promote R&D&I activities, improve the effectiveness of their management in this area, protect the results obtained in the execution of their projects, and work on technology transfer. It also enhances research, development, and innovation as differentiating factors of competitiveness that, in turn, contribute to strengthening the company's corporate reputation. Finally, this system helps to plan, organize, and control the R&D&I activity execution units, resulting in resource savings and improved employee motivation and engagement.
The renewal of this certificate consolidates the commitment of both IPROMA and FACSA to the generation of a continuous R&D&I process and the application of common criteria for the management of projects in this field, with the main objective of integrating them into their corporate culture.
