FACSA and IPROMA, companies belonging to the services division of Grupo Gimeno, have participated in the Technical Conference “Inspection, Spill Control and Environmental Actions” held in Bilbao, Basque Country.
The event, organized by Aguasresiduales.info with the collaboration and funding of the Basque Water Agency and the Basque Government, was aimed at technical staff of Basque public administrations and institutions.
Ernesto Santateresa, head of the Spill Control Department of FACSA, presented “Sample Collection and Flow Measurement”, a talk in which he discussed different technologies and procedures for sampling and flow measurement in the field of spill inspection.
Furthermore, Felix Ripollés, a chemist with over 25 years of experience in the control, characterization and inspection of discharges and Head of Tenders at IPROMA, gave a presentation entitled “Quality Control in Samples”, where he explained to the attendees the latest trends in analytical control of industrial effluents and control in sanitation networks.
IPROMA and FACSA, which have extensive experience in carrying out spill control and inspection work, are committed to participating in this type of technical conference, a way to share professional experiences and technical advances in the sector that will be a trend in the coming years.
