How can companies contribute to fostering environmental awareness and care among citizens, as well as promoting the sustainable use of natural resources? These are the premises with which FACSA and FOVASA participated in the Environmental Education Forum organized by the Levante-EMV newspaper in Valencia.
This event has brought together researchers and experts from both academia and public and private institutions to analyze, from different perspectives, the importance of caring for the environment.
The CEO of FACSA, José Claramonte, as well as the CEO of FOBESA, Juan Pablo Mateo, have announced the latest innovations that the two companies of Grupo Gimeno have implemented in both environmental education and sustainability.
In the educational field, FACSA presented its educational programs '#ConnectToWater' and 'The Water Cycle,' which use virtual reality and augmented reality, respectively, to teach school-age children about the complete water cycle and its phases. Meanwhile, FOVASA demonstrated how to promote environmental awareness in schools through augmented reality and 3D animation with 'The Life of Things.'.
These initiatives, in the field of knowledge, are complemented by the chairs that the two companies manage with centers such as the Universitat Politècnica de València or the Universitat Jaume I de Castelló.
