At Facsa, we understand the territory as an essential part of our responsibility, which is why our presence in each municipality goes beyond our services, and we promote initiatives that generate a positive and lasting impact on the community.

Social causes

We drive initiatives that contribute to the wellbeing of society, supporting social projects and causes that generate a positive impact in our environment. We collaborate with entities and organisations to promote equal opportunities, community development and social progress.

Environmental protection

Sustainability guides our actions: we integrate environmental criteria into the management of our operations and facilities to reduce our impact, optimise resource use, and move towards more efficient and responsible models.

We drive the circular economy, promote solutions for the energy transition, and foster a shared environmental culture that contributes to more sustainable water cycle management.

Efficient and sustainable mobility

We are driving the electrification of our vehicle fleet.

Facsa has received aid of €3,600 from the European Union under the NextGenerationEU Fund, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, for the acquisition of "plug-in" electric and fuel cell vehicles within the Efficient and Sustainable Mobility Incentive Program (MOVES III Vehicles Valencian Community Program) of the Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge through IDAE, managed by the Valencian Institute of Business Competitiveness (IVACE).

Facsa has received financial support from the European Union through the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan and the Recovery and Resilience Facility, as well as the participation of the Ministry for Ecological Transition and Demographic Challenge, IDAE and IVACE. Within this framework, a grant of €9,821.20 has been awarded to file MOVESI/2021/8320, under the MOVES III Programme – Charging Infrastructure for Electric Vehicles in the Valencian Community, included in the Programme for Incentives for Efficient and Sustainable Mobility (MOVES III-IDAE). The subsidised action consisted of the installation of 10 charging points at Facsa's headquarters, representing a total investment of €173,900.

Energy audits

We pursue energy efficiency in all phases of our services.

In a context where optimising energy consumption is key, at Facsa we carry out energy audits in the facilities we manage to identify the main consumption points. Based on this analysis, we propose solutions aimed at improving efficiency and reducing energy expenditure, always guaranteeing the correct functioning of processes and the quality of service.

Promotion of sport and healthy habits

We foster well-being through sport and active living: we support sports initiatives that promote health and engagement with our community.

One of our most representative projects in this area is our grassroots football club: C.F. Fomento Castellón, with over ten years of history.

Much more than a club

C.F. Fomento is much more than a club. It's a space with its own way of working where football serves to learn respect, effort, and teamwork, both on and off the pitch.

Facsa Sports City

The Facsa Sports City has a capacity for 1,500 people, four F11 pitches (one of them with natural grass), one F5 pitch, two paddle tennis courts, a physiotherapy room, a gym, a training room, a multi-function room for parents and for studying, a bar, an interior car park with space for 75 vehicles, and an exterior car park with 600 spaces. In short, 55,000 m² of pure sport.
