FACSA's commitment to equal opportunities for men and women is made explicit with the implementation of its second Equal Opportunities Plan, developed with the advice and collaboration of independent experts, following an exhaustive analysis of the needs of the entire workforce of the company.
This second Plan is endorsed by the General Directorate for Women and Equality, of the Ministry of Justice and Social Welfare of the Valencian Government, which granted FACSA the “Equal Company Quality Seal” for this second PIO in September 2015.
FACSA already obtained this Seal for its first Equal Opportunities Plan, approved in 2010. Thus, it reaffirms its commitment to effective equality of treatment and opportunity between women and men in the workplace.
FACSA incorporates a gender perspective into human resources management, promoting all kinds of actions aimed at mitigating any possible discrimination between men and women and facilitating the reconciliation of work and family life.
